The role for resident House staff is 40 hours a week and with three or four day or evening shifts during the week and one or two at the weekend.
To manage all operational aspects of the School’s residential offer for summer schools (Sundial Court, the School’s halls of residence) ensuring all residential related policies and procedures are maintained and appropriate. To provide excellent customer service and pastoral care to all residential participants via the team of Chaperones. To manage the relationship with the external catering company to ensure a high standard of catering during the summer schools. To set up production plans and schedules for the summer schools covering all elements of operational planning and logistics. To ensure adequate time is allocated for set tasks and activity, and to implement procedures to ensure deadlines are hit, and risks are mitigated.
