Music Network is a national music touring and development organisation, whose mission is to make high quality live music available and accessible to people throughout Ireland. UK researchers carry out internationally excellent research in this area, but many are isolated, scattered across the country, and housed in diverse disciplines, leading to missed opportunities to collaborate across disciplines with potential academic and industrial partners. The CHIME network is designed to address and overcome this problem.

Applications are welcome from musicians performing in a range of genres, either as solo artists or on behalf of existing groups or new collaborations. Participants will be encouraged to create original songs, write lyrics and melodies, developing creative/technical skills in the instrument of their choice. The Quaker https://www.wikipedia.org/ was formed when The Leaveners was laid down. They intend to keep the tradition of Choral and Chamber Music weekends alive. In the future, it may be possible for QMN to become an umbrella for other Quaker music-making projects.

The goal for the company and its employees continues to be to create a different way of being an agency in the music business – one whose primary focus is to allow a full cultural and artistic exchange amongst the global community and worldwide audience of music enthusiasts.
